So what’s up with the dislike for embalming and burial, huh?

I mean, I don’t want to be buried either (I’d prefer cremation after donating my organs and/or body to science and/or people), but I just thought I was the weird one.

    I know — I thought my embalming rant would be at least a tiny bit controversial, and was surprised to see that nobody else wants to be embalmed either.

    i find the idea of embalming unnatural. it’s creepy and weird and i want no part of that. Also, green burial gives my physical being back to the earth, and i like that.
