Civilization
There are not many things more relaxing than an evening of watching the election returns as they come in from the UK. It's all so civilized and proper and orderly.

It would be a hell of a lot more civilized if I didn't have another final tomorrow afternoon, in which case I would have a drink in my hand. This is my second favorite TV event (the first being the US election).

if being civilized means knowing how to conference call people to death properly, i'd rather live in a loincloth. that's what they did to me all weekend...conference call with upper mgmt, after conference call. biggest waste of time and resources ever. i hate the brits now. ESPECIALLY northern ones.
