Law School Admissions: How much do numbers matter?

Hopeful law school applicants everywhere are all aflutter right now with happiness or anticipation because of the acceptances they've already received or because of those for which they're still waiting. The anxiety has sparked several 0L blawggers to speculate on how much the hard numbers (LSAT and GPA) really matter to admissions.
